Paranormal Witness: Ida's Story - Grandma's House →
paranormalwitness:
When I was a very young girl, my grandmother had a big house on a hill in a small town in Mississippi that was haunted. I don’t remember being scared so much as being irritated with the ghost. At night, when I would try to go to sleep the ghost would blow the curtains in the room or rattle the…

UFO's?
So the other night I was dropping my boyfriend off at his house in Callahan, FL, and as I was driving down his road he was like “what the heck is that in the sky!?” and I looked up and there was this big glowing orb and another little one below it.
It was an orangeish color, it kept fading in and out, and it was slowly moving. I thought it was an asteroid or comet or something. So...

Paranormal Witness: Sandi K.'s Story - Little Boy... →
paranormalwitness:
While living in Middletown, Ohio, when I was 8 years old, I was home with my mother watching TV on the couch, when all of a sudden we heard all the dishes, which she had just placed on the counter so she could scrub out the sink, moving and making lots of noise. We ran into the kitchen thinking…

Paranormal Witness: Janet W.'s Story - My... →
paranormalwitness:
My husband and I were married about a year or so when he explained to me that the house we had was previously owned by his cousin, who had passed away. He said he felt compelled to buy the house, as he was very close to this cousin. It was a nice little place and we decided to fix it up. One…

Just little kids right?
Costa Rica (place where I live) has many national parks and virgin forests, many of them by the beach. Well, around the 50’s when this happened, some of these beaches where still very much alone and there where only a few people who dared “rough it” and spend the night camping with only the stars as their cover. My friends uncle was one of those people. This happened around...

shadowfashionworld asked: Honestly, I'm not sure. I sleep in multiple positions throughout the night. Though, when I was 21 that was when I met my friend Brian. He and his girlfriend were concerned once I told them, and both being pagans, they cast a protection spell around my house. I am currently still in the same house.

shadowfashionworld asked: Yeah, you would think so, but while all this was happening, I'd instantly fall asleep and couldn't wake up until it was all over. Once I was 18, it happened on a nightly basis. It didn't stop until I was about 21. I'm 27 now and it happens maybe once every few months. I do sleep with a lamp on these days, but that's an entirely different story.
Anonymous asked: This is Stevie. Hit decky and I up on skype when you can. They've begun serious character assassination against me.
Can you see my page?
And if you can’t , what web browser are you using?
shadowfashionworld asked: I have dreams like the quite often actually. In fact, I've had them since I was 14. I used to go to bed, and before I was asleep I'd feel a wave of foreboding sweep over me and instantly I'd be asleep and I'd feel hands touching me and then I'd feel other things that I'd never experienced before. This went on for years. Eventually, I'd be in bed, not even asleep...
My blog now has endless scroll!
Just A Dream.
Nothing special, but I wanted to tell someone.
Last week I had had a long day at work and came home to sleep it off. I kept dozing off and waking up, then going back to napping. During the last nap I took I was dreaming about this guy I’m kind of seeing. It’s a bit weird, but later in the dream (it wasn’t long) his two friends had come.
This wasn’t any other dream...
jujup0p asked: I've heard that having two mirrors facing each other opens a doorway for spirits/otherworldly beings to come into your home. My mom absentmindedly had two mirrors facing each other in our house for several years, and I only just recently told her to take them down. It's made me uneasy, given that I do sometimes hear strange noises coming from my attic and inside the walls of my room, but...
creature0fhabit asked: Mirrors have made me uneasy for quite a long time. I have had mirrored closet doors in the past two houses I lived in and quickly retired them to the garage. Any reflective surface such as a television, or the window or mirrors are definitely covered or turned on during the night so that I can sleep as well as possible. I know that mirrors are frequently used in rituals and I know that spirits...
spiritualistdreams asked: I have a mirror in my room but I refuse to sleep looking at it. In relation to your experience, spirits like to mess with you and knowing your uncomfortable with looking at it, it may very well be trying to get your attention. I have had several of my resident ghosts do similiar things to me. If it really bothers you, just address the issue and tell them that they need to stop.
Anonymous asked: I've been having taps turned on and switches flipped for the last three months now. At first I thought I was being absentminded, however I've started having to unplug everything because otherwise I'll come back five minutes later and the power switch has been flipped.
thebladeofskullgrin asked: What sort of "mirror trouble?" Are things coming out of them?
ladyloserface asked: It wouldn't fit in a reply, but: Mirrors have served quite a few purposes. In older traditions, when someone died the household would cover all the mirrors because of the belief that mirrors can trap a spirit. There's also a "portal" theory with mirrors— suggesting that a trapped spirit can travel within mirrors in a household. Mirrors are also probably the most likely...

thebladeofskullgrin answered your question: What do you guys know about mirrors?
I know of Midnight/Bloody Mary… And there’s a mirror in my room, yes. Why do you ask?
Why I ask is because I have been having some mirror trouble myself and a paranormal buddy of mine said that there is some scary things about mirrors. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything.
What do you guys know about mirrors?
Also, sounds strange but, do you sleep with a mirror in your room?

themultitudewithin asked: On the waking up in the early morning thing, I had about a month and a half straight of waking up at 1AM and not being able to move, seeing red eyes/aura, etc., oppressive feelings (like Old Hag Syndrome, but I think it was demonic). It kept on and on and on and on. It was terrible, I was basically afraid to go to sleep. I got rid of it by telling it it didn't have permission to touch me...

j-e-j-u-n-a-l asked: just in case you didn't know, smelling burnt toast is one of the most frequent signs that you are having a seizure.
Anonymous asked: More info on this burnt toast thing? I've woken up before, several times, and smelled the faint smell of something burning.
Anonymous asked: Alright, I'll try, thanks for the advice :)
Anonymous asked: Burnt Toast? Huh, alright, thanks! Is there any way to stop it? It's been going on for almost two weeks now and I don't know what to do about it..
Anonymous asked: I was wondering if you know anything about the Bongcheon-dong Ghost. I know, I know, there's a popular webcomic about it, whoop-dee-doo, but I'm curious as to its origins, and I know you (the best paranormal blog out there) can find out if there's any truth to this ghost story.
Anonymous asked: Do you believe that interrupted sleep patterns may have something to do with spirits (or spiritual disturbance)? For the past week I have kept waking up around 2-3 AM, I know sleep patterns can just adjust like that but the atmosphere of the room is always off.

leporid answered your question: Has anyone ever contacted the spirit Momo on a ouija board?
I was the one talking to “Momo”.
onnawufei asked: Regarding Ghost Adventures, you (the general you, not YOU specifically) don't realize just how much BS they're spewing until they visit someplace you've been. I found myself getting genuinely angry when I watched them explore the Old City Jail in Charleston, SC. They got so much wrong, and unless they got briefed about the history off camera, they got the exact same spiel as the...
